Elgato Game Capture HD is your best bet.

Or go with the HD-PVR

iPhone 7 plus with a tripod, you want to have the phone pointed at the screen you are trying to record, best quality is having the iPhone about 10 inches away from the screen you are playing on. This method is used by several of the biggest YouTubers. Hope i helped

Jk Elgato is the Best. Its simple and gets the job done.

Go to speedtest.net, if you don't get more then 2.50 upload, you can't stream until you upgrade your internet, i made that mistake myself. if you don't you can only stream single player games with a fair amount of lag.
