So I want to start eating more healthy, can someone give me ideas on what to eat?

Well just by not eating greasy foods would help you eat heLthy ,

But my aunt gave up bread,soda, and junk food such as snack cakes An so forth.

Myself I eat salads vegetables really anything that's good for you but that's the problem nobody's wants to eat foods that are good for you

I eat a lot of junk food but i love salad lol.
Any other tips?

Just eat salad, fruit, and drink lots of Fiji water.

Ok so the junk food stops, you say you like salad try just to eat that I know this can be hard to get over the temptation of getting junk food but if you can pass this barrier its pretty easy.

You can also try stop drinking bad, try to keep of fizzy drinks and stick with water this can also be hard but once you get used to it its actually pretty easy

Fiji water is just water lol.

Eat lots of fish/grilled chicken and salads. If you are trying to drop weight cut your food intake back. Ignore all those eat 5 small meals a day and all that crap. Lost 10 pounds this week and lost 110 since Feb

The meals depends on what your current calorie intake is and what you burn. When I had lap-band surgery I was put on a diet where I would eat all day but it would be small portions of either just meat or some protein packed foods.

What I would recommend is to try to eat smaller portions of fatty foods like fast food in general. Eat protein packed foods like Famous recommended fish and chicken, cabbage is great if you like it. These will make you feel fuller, faster, and longer than some other foods. Don't buy fancy water because it says it has all these good nutrients. Water is water and you don't get enough nutrients from it to matter.

I mean im skinny lol, i want to be fit but its deff not to lose weight. im like 6'0 and weigh 150 or so. So its definitely not that.

Try to stay away from snacks and also limit the amount of carbs you have
