Hello,
It's been a while since I've been on this website and I just thought I'd share a little story with you guys.
So, I am a sophomore college student and I'm 18 years old. I was at this party school for Welcome Weekend and me and my friends got stupid drunk. At like 2 am, we decided to go to the Casino to make some money (realistically just lose some money) One of my friends who was 20 didn't have his real ID because he just got his enhanced and they cut his old one and so he only had his paper ID. The casino butlers wouldn't let him in the casino and he was arguing with the security guards about how he is actually 20 but the still refused to let him in. After some time, me and him both got kicked out of the casino. The reason I got kicked out is because I was sitting there laughing while my friend was calling these security guards fake cops and talking crap to their faces. It was the funniest thing I've witnessed in a while. (We aren't that disrespectful, you should've heard what the fake cops were saying to us)
Anyways, when we got kicked out, we said we weren't leaving without our friends so we told them we were just going to sit in the front of the casino and wait for our friends. The security guards weren't having it and ended up calling the cops. We told them we weren't scared of the cops but then 2 minutes later, we realized we should probably go because we were both under age under the influence. As we were leaving, we had to use the restroom and they wouldn't let us use the one inside so we just went next to my car. I was sitting in the car looking for my wallet as my friend was pissing and then 3 cop cars pulled up and caught my friend mid-piss. He got in the car and said "drive away" but even though I was hammered I knew that if I turned on that car I would have instantly been arrested for Driving Under the Influence. A couple minutes later the cops told us both to get out and took us over to the cops cars. We were surrounded by 7 cops. They asked us if we have been drinking and we said "I don't know, what do you think?" then they proceeded to ask us to take a breathalyzer.
Where I live, if you refuse to take a breathalyzer, you can't be arrested, the most they can do is take you to jail for the night until you are sober. So we refused, the cops knew that we knew the law and made a deal with us. He said "Listen, I know you are both drunk and I know I can't arrest you for being underage under the influence but what I can arrest you for is Trespassing and Indecent Exposure. If you guys take this breathalyzer and you blow below a 1.5, I will call you a cab home and let you go. I'm not trying to ruin your lives. I just want you guys to cooperate." So, we both took the test and we both blew a 1.2 which is not legal in any way. We were both convinced that we were getting arrested right there but after we took the test, the cop said "Okay, you guys are both hammered but I'm a man of my word and I will call you a cab now. Leave as soon as it gets here before I change my mind" and he proceeded to call the cab and we got away safely and didn't get charged for Minor in Po session.....
How lucky is that..

That Is stupid lucky cops around here would've gave me a ride to the police station an they even calle you an your friends a cab
