Im just about to move into my new flat but in my
Block they dont have any wifi, but have access to an Ethernet Port. Is it correct that Ill need a wifi access point so I can create My own wifi network from this Ethernet port? If so can somebody recommend one that isnt too expensive that I could buy (preferably amazon) thanks

to an extent. You would need assistance from the technical adviser. (forwarding, and allowing it ETC)

So your wording is kinda all over the place. So the residence is prewired so you can plug into a wall ethernet outlet and get a connection? If so you can plug a router in there and get a wireless connection that way. And whats inexpensive to you, the highest priced consumer router is about 500.00 USD, a decent one will cost you about 100.00 USD, so what are you wanting to spend. Also as well what is the speed Upload and download, use speedtest.net unless the ISP says different.
