Hi, everybody. I currently gameshare with someone and I'm thinking of switching who I gameshare with.

My question is: Does the other person have to remove me as his home console before I change it up or can I simply remove his account from my Xbox One and it'll stop gamesharing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. +REP as well.

You can simple change your home console from your account, though if your account info is saved on his console where a password isn't needed to sign in they could make their Xbox your home console again. To avoid this you can remove your profile from his console by going to: account.microsoft(.)com/devices and then select "More actions" and "remove Xbox". That way your profile will need email/pass again on that console.

Yeah, just give the other person your account and have them take the home Xbox

Once another user / you change it to your home account, it'll remove their access
