So I do a lot of game development, I'm having some really bad lag when running a few programs that I need to run at the same time. I have a feeling that my processors is doing major overtime when I try to do everything I need to!

What is your budget and currency? $1500-$2000 USD
Do you need a monitor? NO
Do you need a keyboard? NO
Do you need a mouse? NO
Do you need an operating system? NO, but I would prefer Windows 10
What will you use the PC for? Gaming, Game devlopment, Streaming while I do game development

Software will be OBS for streaming
Desing will be a combination of Unity, Blender and Maya,Silo, and 3D Coat
I would prefer to not over clock if possible (Was never really a fan of that always worried me)
Don't know the specifics of my monitors they're just 2 Dell monitors I got on black friday 3 years ago!

This is what I would get personally.

Given the work load you seem to do, you would definitely benefit from a high core count chip. The 1700 can be overclocked to perform on par with the 1800X at half the price. The CPU cooler should be able to handle some overclocking but not to much.

Reasoning for the high speed RAM is because Ryzen performs better with faster RAM as long as the RAM is running at it's rated speed and timings.

Fair amount of SSD storage for multiple programs and games if needed as well as a HDD.

Assuming you're running 2 Dell 1080p monitors GTX 1060 should come in just nicely for that resolution.

Nice looking case that has plenty of room and decent cable management.

Thank you very much! I should've mentioned before I am more of an Intel person when it comes to CPU's
