MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard?? is there a better one for gaming thats the same price ? or is this the best one for the price range for gaming

For gaming, it wont make much difference. Only if you plan on overclocking.

But if it's in your price range you can't go wrong with it.

Looks ok to me, the cooler is a little low end but that shouldn't be an issue. Depends how far you plan on pushing the Overclock?

or if anyone could build me a gaming rig (CS:GO, H1Z1, PUBG) and light use of photoshop and elgato capture ect +Rep and if i buy it +gold , need a new rig haha

do you think you could improve any of it for no price increase ? , and was thinking a liquid cooler but apparently the CM Hyper 212 can handle a decent amount of overclock

Improve it? Not by much it would only be down to preference of certain parts like case, how the ram looks. GPU variant.
