I mean.

You do work very hard on the site, you actually do your job and you're good at it. But i don't know how it works on moderators get administrators, maybe all administrators have to agree and if you seem trust worthy as an admin....but it would be a whole different story if i made a forum like this and asked for people to rock out 'Luno4TrustedSeller' or something along those lines.
