13k Computer, Can run anything at 4k.

I mean anything.

Most modern PCs can run anything at 4k; the difference comes to if it's playable. If you're able to load up a game at 4k and it doesn't crash the second you hit launch, you have run it.

Also no, this PC is not going to run [play] everything at 4k at max performance. 4-way SLI on Titan X Pascal. SLI is dependent on games. Some games will utilise the SLI and give you performance gains, some will give you very minimal gains, some won't do anything for performance gains and some will actually give you worse performance. At the point if the game doesn't support SLI or SLI gives you worse performance, you're now stuck with 1 card being used for gaming, while the other 3 are just there wasting electricity and causing heat. If the game supports SLI well, then yeah, definitely going to run at max, but that's still not everything/anything. If the games you're playing don't support SLI or make it worse, that one card you're now using would better fair most of the time as a 1080 Ti since most games it gets better FPS; albeit, it might be tribal numbers such as 0.5-3 FPS, but still better as a singular card in most cases - especially if games are forcing you to use one card because SLI is not supported or it's just shit for that game.

Dont really have a dream computer. I always like doing new stuff to my PC every 6 months / year just because I get bored.

If I didn't have a budget, I'd love to do these projects:

Finish my Apple Mac Gaming PC conversion
Arcade machine // Gaming PC running emulation software
LN2 bench.
DICE bench
Balls to the walls custom loop
SSF build.
Xbox 360 shell with a gaming pc inside.

But time, money and resources stop me doing pretty much all of these.
