I suppose my budget will be around £2000 as I want to have liquid cooled as it look dope asf

Any advice on a good pc, im not going to be gaming on it im mostly going to be using it to stream games from my console using obs, so i would need a good processor ?

does it make a big diffrance to how many cores i have or does it just matter on the prossosr like 5GHz is the best ive seen

do i really need this high specs for a stream to run smooth, i just really want the liquid cooler cus it looks cool do i really need all this shit for a good pc or how can i make it cheaper,

Sorry in advance for the noobbbyyy questions lol

Mikey that CPU is almost $1500 Canadian (1000 pounds) lol.

Then again the CPU is the most important part for a good stream rate.
32GB of ram is plenty.
Maybe upgrade to a Nvidia GTX 1080 if you can spare the extra couple hundred bucks.

That blue water cooling looks dope in that photo. I'd like to watercool my desktop one day but I don't use it enough lol.

Just for comparison.

I have a GTX 980ti with a 4790k Quad core 3.5ghz non water cooled desktop.
Very little use on it and i'm able to stream most games at a steady FPS.
I think a 980ti is comparable to the 1070.

This build you have would definitely work out for you.

That first system;
Absolutely zero need for a £900 CPU. You absolutely do not need a 10 core CPU to stream games from your console. Hell, you don't even need a quad core, a Pentium G4560 would be more than enough for streaming from your console. Also, that system is £2000, not including the custom water loop? Custom loop is going to set you back at least £250, more if you include the GPU in the loop.

Second system has a really bad case IMO. The 750D is stupid big, and totally unnecessary. It's not even that nice compared to more modern cases. The i7-7700k makes no sense whatsoever since it's pretty much a 6700k that runs hotter and at slightly higher speeds, be better off with the 6700k and better temps IMO. Regardless, Coffee Lake should be launching in 6 days so no mainstream Intel CPUs make sense right now, apart from maybe the G4560 for people looking for really tight budget systems asap.

With both systems you've got no SSD, which you absolutely should have, even just a 120GB SSD for OS. Absolutely no need for 32GB RAM, even 8GB is MORE than enough for streaming from your console. No need for a GTX 1070, never mind even a GTX 1080 since you have no plans to game.

This would be more than adequate for your needs. You'll need to add a GPU to this since Ryzen doesn't have an iGPU, but something like an RX 560 or GTX 1050 would be plenty. You could even just grab a GT 1030 or RX 550 and save some money. The stock cooler with the R3 1200 will be sufficient. 16GB RAM is more than enough. Nice big SSD for your OS and programs you'll be using a lot. You can always swap the Ryzen 3 out for an R5 1600 or R7 1700, and you can always add a better GPU, like a GTX 1070 or 1080 but for now, there's no need.

If you want to do a custom loop in the future;

but if you do want to go with the loop including the GPU, you'll need at least a GTX 1070 for compatibility, and you'll want to get a reference card for it to work, so any Founders Edition GTX 1070, 1080, or 1080Ti for compatibility.
