I recently got a monitor as a gift and I now need a keyboard, however I only have a £30 budget.
Requirements : It must be English layout, or american.
It must be mechanical.
It needs to have backlighting ( preferably rainbow or a range of several colours).
It should be black.
Basically what I want is a cheaper version of the corsair K55, substituting on build quality and the wrist rest (if you can find one with a nice wrist rest please tell me, otherwise I can pick one up seperately).

Decy wrote I use the Corsair Raptor K30 i've had it for a few years now and i honestly can't say anything bad to it.
That's not mechanical.
OP - The K55 is not mechanical either. £30 is not enough for a decent mechanical keyboard. In fact, you'll be hard pressed even finding shitty mech keyboards with that budget, with the likes of Kailh switches.

£40 for a nice keyboard with MX Blue switches. No backlighting, but your budget is very low already and this is over budget. If you want backlighting, and a decent mech keyboard, you need to spend the premium.

Red LEDs, no RGB. MX Speed switches though, and the K70 is basically king of keyboards IMO(I love mine, MX Blues here though).
If you really want RGB and mechanical;

MX Brown switches. Not quite as good a keyboard as the K70, but still a good keyboard. Keep in mind this is a TKL though.
