What did you do to get it to boot? Did it boot up perfectly?

Honestly I am not sure what happened to make it boot up, I turned it off and pushed the gpu in harder and changed the SATA port on the motherboard. It did boot up perfectly and is installing windows 10 right now.

I was too and I'm still not sure why it worked all of a sudden but maybe it just had to take some time to run I don't know. I moved the RAM stick in a different slot and reinstalled the gpu, then connected the SATA cable to another port on the motherboard and eventually after I restarted a few times it finally booted up. I made sure everything was plugged in right and nothing was wrong the first time and I was certain I installed everything right, so just make sure it's all perfectly installed. (maybe watch a tutorial and double check you did the same thing)
