I currently have a GTX 670 power edition but looking for an upgrade, max I will spend is £130.
Also is it even worth upgrading? I have an intel I7 2600

The i7, is pretty far behind. For the budget, you can try to find used RX 480-580's for a REASONABLE price, or just go with the 1050 ti
