My friend really needs a gaming PC. His Current PC is a toaster (HP Compaq 6005 Pro)

The Budget for this project is $200 USD. I know it's low but he doesn't have a lot to spend. The size of the PC Is up to you.

It doesn't have to look amazing. Maybe a Black and Red Color Scheme.

Monitor, keyboard and a mouse optional, If they can be added without significant price change, by all means, please do add them.

He would probably be using mostly programs such as Steam and Skype

The PC will be used for gaming. He will be playing games like Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, CS:GO and, possibly Evolve Stage 2 (He won't be running games like Fallout 4 and Call Of Modern Warfare)

The build will take place over 1 to 2 weeks, possibly a bit longer.

Since the build will take long promos would probably not be very helpful, however, add them If you would like. (Same goes with rebates)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($78.90 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-H110M-M.2 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($46.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $160.88

You can get a case and PSU combo for $35-40 from Newegg, but they'll be shit. You'll need to sort out some storage somehow, probably just re-use storage from the current system for now. Peripherals will set you back at least $100. No way you'll get a dedicated GPU in this budget, you'll need to add one when you have a spare $100 or so. Might be able to get a decent used GPU for $70-80.

It would be useful if we knew the current specs as some components could possibly be re-used.
