I wouldn't mind having a detoxing session for myself. Haven't been in the gym for years. Kinda lost motivation and not bothered which is a HUGE lose for me. I stopped playing sport and all I do now is stay in the house, of course go out now and a again, go to work do the normal things but looking back at it now I miss going to the gym. I don't have this push to go to the gym now.

Maybe if you weren't on Tee Tee Gee all day you could go to the gym.

It's not that "easy" just go to the gym. I don't think you get the point. As I said doesn't matter if I'm on this site or not I don't have the motivation that I used to have.

Not sure if you want advice, but you should explain why those ingredients for it. I understand the Apple Cider Vinegar, because that washes you out so to speak, but why the grapefruit juice and honey?

If you grinded in the gym as hard as you grind for that 10K you would have motivation.

If you have no motivation then why are you here? You don't need a gym, and it is that easy if you have even the slightest motivation.

So many haters dude...

I was the same way! Played sports all through school, and once I graduated from HS all of that stopped and i gained a little bit of weight. Got into bodybuilding for about 3 years strong, and then got into a serious relationship and completely stopped lifting for about 3 years. I just recently started going back to the gym, and im not gonna lie, it really sucked at first and I always wanted to leave halfway thru. For the first few months I didnt wanna go but I really just had to force myself out of the house and drink a coffee! Now, 4 months in and I really enjoy being in there, breaking a sweat, and gaining the size and actually stronger than I was before! You got this man! Like Nike, just do it! It will get easier, I promise! Good luck to ya brother!
