I really hate these sex bots, they are everywhere from Twitter to xbox now. I don't know how they get usernames when I never sign up for jack shit with those accounts.
I found out an easy way to stop Xbox sex bots for the time being though--

They are running the same line of codes to talk to people as the Skype ones do to make it seem like you are having a convo with them

There are such a thing as "Xbox sex bots"? I mean, I know that there's been a recent growth of bots on Xbox asking for friends but I've never gotten a message from one that's been advertising sex.

Most you can do is report/block them. If you've uploaded clips to the Xbox One DVR thing, they can find your name on there.

They message you for a while then link you to gamergirlzcams or something like that

Literally though, I got at least 5 within 10 minutes from different profiles calling me "babe" and "hunny"

I personally never got a message by a bot before, lots of minecraft invites, but never bots.

My friends said they've gotten message from them. not sure why someone would make bots for xbox.

Lets be real, IF you were to go to their sites. would you be typing in that long url?
