if you're talking about for the CoD forum, I just had to make a regular topic/thread and it said at the top of mine when I viewed it "would you like to upgrade to a sticky topic for $50 for 30 days" or something along those lines

There pretty steep, in GBP, there about £50 for a month, but there's sometimes deals, e.g. 2 for £80
