I connect to neighborhood I click Jtag it doesn't even open why

Make sure you've got a solid connection to your console > I use Ethernet from Computer to > RGH

although, if that's not working power your console and make sure you're connected to LIVE and can see an IP address at the bottom of your screen ( on freestyle dash ) if not, then you're connection between your internet / console is broken, if you don't use FSD -- check xex / dashlaunch

Okay then type that IP into xbox 360 neighborhood and see if that works.

Ok I typed in the IP I see when I click RB twice in my xex menu 10.0.0 ip and i put it in neighborhood and the Xbox 360 pic shows but it doesn't open like it reboots when I click reboot but it doesn't open when I double click it

Make sure it's set to default on neighbourhood
Also make sure your fully connected
Make sure liveblock and livestrong are disabled in dashlaunch
