for wait loss id recommend burpees, skipping, light jobs, jogging on spot (high knees), stair climbing and star jumps. Exercises like that burn your fat away very quickly.

In terms of dieting, always eat greens, no carbs, lots of fruit. Supper food being Chia Seeds (athletes put these in their meals to quicken the process of fat burning).

Lay of sugary foods and drinks (even diet drinks contain lots of gas and sweeteners to compensate for the sugar). DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Definitely would say cut out the sodas if you drink them, and drink ALOT of water. Water seems to fill me up pretty good. If you want to try a drink with flavor I would try Powerade zero as it has zero calories and is not as bad for you. Running/jogging/walking a few miles a day combined with a good diet is a great way to help lose weight! Good luck with this man.
