So some question are
What do you think about this board?
Any flaws about this board?
Is there anything else you would recommend over this board around or under this price?

Side question - Do you thing the Ryzen 7 1800x would be a good cpu for gaming?

That motherboard is an 'open-box' item meaning that it will have no warranty with it. I would highly discourage buying it.

Taken from Newegg's tooltip:

Open Box : Newegg only guarantees your receipt of the Open Box product with the purchase of this item. Any accessories MAY OR MAY NOT be included. Newegg will NOT send you any missing accessories, even if it is required to use all of the items functions.Open Box items usually do not come with manufacturer or vendor warranty or technical support. However, warranty support may be available if an item was never registered by a previous owner. Please contact the manufacturer to check.

Do not buy an 1800x, it's an absolute waste of money. Get an R7 1700 and overclock it, or if you're really, really not comfortable with overclocking, just get a 1700x.

As for the motherboard, I probably wouldn't be paying $220 for an open box board. I'd recommend one of these;
