So today I came back from school just an average day, went to go play slasher with a few of my friends to find out that I was permanently banned? I have recently played BO2 for the past week on Xbox One and don't have a mod menu nor Co as i have never modded my "Logbooks" account and instead been given Co-Host on my "African Menus" account a few times and that was when i was in Melbourne over 2 weeks ago.
Just to clarify that i haven't modded, my RGH is in Melbourne boxed up in a package that was freshly received from Streamah just over 2 weeks ago. My modded console is untouched as I'm currently in Brisbane QLD going to school 5 days a week and can only touch my RGH whilst on holidays.
Is there anything I can do to help get my ban removed??
I yet to send a case review to Microsoft as I'm at my friends house and don't want to send it whilst I'm here??
Any help would be much appreciated

There's no way around a ban. Were you permanently banned from Black Ops 2 or from Xbox Live in general?
If it was Black Ops 2, you are way out of luck and no chance whatsoever to get it unbanned I believe.
If it was Xbox Live and they've not given you a reason for being permanently banned, file a Case Review to see what can be done about the matter.
Most of these cases never get overturned sadly. Good luck.

You must've done something on that account in order to get permanently banned, they don't just ban anyone for no reason. There is a VERY VERY SLIM chance of getting the ban lifted. Microsoft rarely ever removes any bans given out.

I got banned on Xbox in general. I checked what i was banned for and it was just "Cheating" in general. Whilst i look back i don't recall ever cheating on this account but i'm waiting on doing a case review

Could have been banned due to being on the same IP possibly?

Are you sure youve never had 10th prestige or gta mods in the past?
Gamerscore?
I had an account for 4 years, only ever had mw2 10th on it once and got banned two years later for it

It was supposibly banned for "Cheating" But the only lobbies i have gotten into on my Logbooks account is BO2 XP Lobbies and i'm already master prestige legit?

No way around it as you've been banned for 'cheating' there is no chance of Microsoft considering your case and unbanning you sadly as the exact same thing has happened to me and many others
