That monitor is fine. However, if you haven't bought it already, I'd probably just stick with the £80 Asus monitor I suggested

No, please no. I used a CiT case for the first system I ever built for myself with my own money from working, and I hated that piece of ChiT. I went at it with a hammer for at least 20 minutes when I finally upgraded from it. The Bitfenix case I suggested is better, and even slightly cheaper. You could get a white and/or windowed version of the Bitfenix Nova for a similar price if you want.

That EVGA PSU is absolute trash, do not buy that. Even the XFX XT unit is better than that EVGA PSU. There's no reason to spend the extra money on the AsRock H110 motherboard, just get the MSI H110M ECO. Return or cancel that RAM. It's a really, really poor purchase, especially for this tight of a budget. Not only could you get 16GB RAM for significantly cheaper, but 16GB isn't fitting for this system anyway. 8GB RAM is plenty, and is a much wiser purchase. Plus, with the 16GB RAM and the Dell monitor, you're at £480.

Updated with white, windowed case and a cheaper PSU since the Super Flower PSU is up to £50 now.

Couple of alternative PSU choices for a little bit more;

You could stick with the Super Flower unit

Or, you could get this. Semi-modular, but not quite as good quality as the Super Flower unit. However, it is still perfectly good quality.

the ram i ordered wasn't the exact same as that, i forgot i had that one in there, i ordered this off of ebay

also is the gpu i have in this build considered a good model because ive seen some people say that most games require 3gb of ram in a gpu, im willing to spend approx 130 max on a gpu if there are any better suggestions, also should i stick with a stock cpu cooler or upgrade to a custom one.

also am i going to need to update the bios on that motherboard because im not familiar on how to do that

The 2GB RX 460 is the best you'll do within budget. The 4GB RX 460 isn't worth it, it's not a better GPU. If anything, you can get the GTX 1050Ti but that's going to go even further over your initial budget.

So_Zweet wrote also should i stick with a stock cpu cooler or upgrade to a custom one.

Stock cooler is fine. No need to waste money on an aftermarket cooler with such a tight budget, especially since you won't be overclocking anyway and stock cooler is perfectly sufficient for stock speeds.

Just ask wherever you buy the motherboard from to update the BIOS for you. It's unlikely at this point that you'd get a motherboard without the relevant BIOS for Kaby Lake CPUs but if you want to stay safe, just ask them to update it before they send it to you. I think eBuyer will do it, I know Scan used to do it, and I think Overclockers UK do it. I doubt that Amazon will update the BIOS for you though so maybe avoid Amazon for the motherboard.

I've had a look at some youtube videos and forums and most say that msi mobos can be updated via a usb and the correct bios update from the manufactures website, but when i try to find the correct file (7994v27.zip) I only find (7994v29.zip) i know you have to be pretty careful doing this part because if you use the wrong file you can brick your mobo basically. but do i actually need to flash/update this mobo or does it just come with a bios compatible with my cpu pre installed?

Aslong as you get the most recent one from the manufactures website which is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] then you'll be fine.

I've updated many BIOS's in my time. Only had one fail. But then, that Motherboard had dual BIOS so I could switch to another.

Your Motherboard wont have this feature but you should be fine anyway.

(If something isnt compatible with something else, please let me know.)

i have the cpu, ram and waiting for the mobo and psu to be delivered tomorrow, the gpu, case and monitor will most likely be bought within 2 weeks. the hdds arent the exact same as the ones i have but they were the closest ones to them, i will be upgrading to an ssd when i can but for now i think them hdds should do fine.

You can't update the BIOS on the motherboard yourself if it has an old BIOS and does not support the Kaby Lake Pentium G4560 out of the box. This isn't likely, but it is possible, hence why you should ask whichever vendor you purchase the motherboard from to update it for you, if possible. As for where you can find new BIOS revisions, etc;

Also, the list you've posted with the 2TB HDD and 1TB HDD, why? Why not just get a single 3TB HDD? It's cheaper. Or, what you should really do, is just get one HDD, either the 1TB or 2TB and add an SSD alongside the HDD, either a 120/128GB SSD or a 240-256GB if you can manage it. Then you can easily add more storage later if you still need it. But, it's much more convenient to get an SSD when you're building your system so you can get your OS on there, and what not.
