does anyone know a way to get your games back on an account that was banned on your Xbox? my Xbox account was banned due to some minor, rather stupid reasons; therefore, I had lost many of my digital downloaded games. unfortunately, I had spent over $300 on all my games. But what I don't understand is why just take money that your customer rightfully earned to buy a game.

I have the same problem. I buy all my games digitally but that stopped as soon as I got permanently banned on my account ( Xbox One)

There enforcement team is corrupt.

There is no way to get any of those games back. Once your account is banned, everything on there is gone for good. That's why you shouldn't do anything wrong on any main accounts.

You must've gotten banned for doing something wrong, they don't just ban people just because. You break the rules, you suffer the consequences.

It's a little too much to take away games. They own the account, they don't own the content purchased.

You'll have an email on the exact reason you was banned, or it'll show on your account logs.

- I don't be bad on my main account due to spending 1000's on games and DLC.

Sadly, nothing can be done.

The way you spend your money isn't Xbox's main concern. A paying customer isn't exempt from the rules an establishment or business creates; your money means pretty much nothing to them. Their main concern is "keeping Xbox safe for all users"; while some of the reasons may have been stupid, they piled up and piled up and wham, right in the kisser.

You don't get perma banned the first time so clearly you had a warning.

By suspending you the first times should've given a wake up call that breaking rules isn't okay.

But you continued to do so, and received a ban. Truly it's no ones responsibility or fault. Just yours.

Might as well give a warning before you buy a digital game. Honestly I could care less about an account. Why ban an account when you can just make a new one and repeat the same actions? Might as well give a warning saying "buying this game digital, spending $60, and you get banned, we finessed yo cash!"

It's just like any other thing. For example, if you were to put money into MWR so you could get the new items released and you get caught cheating on the game, you get banned and have to start over on a new account, meaning that you lose everything you paid for on the previous account. Just because you paid for something doesn't mean you're allowed to break any rules. You got what you deserved.

Dumbest response I've seen all day. You read the rules for Xbox you won't get banned. Simple. They aren't doing ANYTHING wrong by banning your account
