I turned my pc off during an update thinking it was stuck In a loop , now every time I launch it launches to a black screen with a cursor just after the sign in screen.
Any help?

Try to boot into safe mode & let us know if it does

Okay, so I had this issue when I updated my Windows 10 to Creators on accident. I had a custom theme which absolutely broke my Windows 10 as it wasn't supported.
What you want to do is before you sign in, look for the power button on your screen. Click that and hover your mouse over "restart", before clicking that, hold shift and click restart while still keeping shift held down. A screen will eventually be brought up. you want to click "troubleshoot" then "advanced options" then "start up settings" and hit restart. It will restart your PC and once it does, a different screen will start. Pressing either 4, 5, or 6 will boot you into safe mode, 4 is for regular safe mode, 5 is safe mode with networking and 6 is safe mode with command prompt.
After you do that, sign in like you normally would. If it still gives you the black error, you're going to have to restore your PC to an earlier date before you did the update. You would need to do kind of the same thing. Holding shift while pressing the restart button on your screen < Troubleshoot < Advanced Options < System Restore and then choose a date before the update. Let it do it's course and try to sign in again. IF the problem still happens, try to go back to a previous Windows build and let it run that way. Holding shift while pressing the restart button on your screen < Troubleshoot < Advanced Options < Go back to a previous version. This will go back to the last stable Windows build you had. Let it run it's course (don't reset during installation this time, even if it takes 8+ hours lol) and try to sign in again.

So now my main issue with this is that it now launches to something called eufi loader because i was messing about in the bios settings trying to fix this by trying to get the option to boot from a new windows disc but due to what iv changed every time i now launch the pc it launches to this EUFI Loader and i have no idea how to get back to the bios to disable it.

Search online for your motherboards manual. It might tell you there.
Else, reset the BIOS either by removing the battery from the motherboard for 10 mins and put it back in or it may have a CMOS reset button, depending on the motherboard.
