Hello, I'm writing this post because I recently got the new Galaxy S8 on a new contract
My old contract still had another month so ive been using it in the mean time, so the tray worked when i initially got the phone.

Since that contracts up now i tried to put my new sim in & the sim tray would not pop out when using the key. Tried with the eject key, a smaller pin etc and nothing would work.

I then ordered a new sim eject key in case it was faulty... that arrived, but no luck..
I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem with the S8?

Kinda p*ssed cause i now can't even use it lol.

have you dropped/dented/picked at it since you had put in the sim the first time?

No.. well yes but the tray has been like this for a few weeks now & I only dropped it 3 days ago.

Don't be afraid to add a little force, you could possibly force it open. You could to it to retailer and they can usually open it.
