So i bought this laptop and i found it to be a tad slow with Norton installed from factory. i also found that under dragon center the keyboard allowed for led effects to be done such as breathing and respond to audio.
due to it being slow i fully wiped it and reinstalled windows however i cant get the led section under the dragon center to show anymore. was it removed on the updated version or is it purely not doable now?

When you wiped the laptop, did you delete the partions?

Like AD4M is saying, if you deleted your partitions and reinstalled Windows, it's likely that you haven't got the required software installed.

You need to reinstall all of the drivers and whatever software came preinstalled if you want it. Either use the included driver disc (if applicable) or go to your manufacturer website and download them from there.
