Nike is prob the best way to go for shoes as of low energy Pre workout/Redbull/5-Hour energy there are also energy supplements but pre workout gives you like a legit steroid for at least 2-3 hours.

Really any athletic shoes are going to work. As far as energy, I would try adding more fruits and veggies to your diet and maybe try cutting out diary for a few weeks, as well as a good amount of rest. I cut out all diary and incorporated a lot of vegan meals into my diet, and I have so much more energy and happy. Also, to avoid all processed foods. Meats, sugars, protein powders, energy drinks. Use coffee as a preworkout/energy booster if need be.

I just wear any running shoes to the gym really, i just use my old Nike Kaishi i think they were called, as for the energy ive never really had a problem with that as I usually go as soon as I wake up but i was mainly going for fat loss but never really felt low on energy anyway but maybe just make sure you have something to eat before you set out for the gym as that will surely give you enough energy for your session.

Hope this helped.
