So right now i have a 2016 Jeep Rubicon.
It has

19,000 miles
Dick Cepek Extreme Country tires
WARN 95960 ZEON 12-S Platinum Winch
Rough Country 2.5 in lift.
LED bar upper windshield as well as above winch.
Custom Xenon headlights.
Full level 3+ ballistic paneling on both front and back doors
Freight train horn installed with custom switch.

The Jeep with all the customization is worth $90,000 (mostly due to the ballistic panels)
I was at a Jeep event with my wife and someone offered to buy it for 95,000 straight up front.

I turned it down as i put a lot of work into it but my wife and spoke about it and we thought about getting a pickup for more space and what not.

So i contacted the guy who made the offer and we are sitting down Wednesday to discuss everything.

So i need opinions on a truck to get.

What i have looked at so far are.

A used 2014 Ford Raptor that has only 32,000 miles on it for $52,500
Similar to this, without the paint design though.

The second one i looked at was
2016 Chevy Silverado, new. for $39,000

Same color but with black rims.

My last option was
2016 Dodge Durango SRT(they have a lot of trunk space) for $71,000

UPDATE: So me and my wife sat down and talked and we decided to go with a Ram Rebel
It's a 5.7L V8 4WD Crew Cab with 395HP.
Was about 49.5 but was able to work down to 43.5.

Blocked the plate for obvious reasons.
Only problem is that we asked for the black trim on the hood and didn't get it. So we are going back and they will do it free of charge.

What is the intended use of the vehicle? Knowing a little background on you / what you did to the Jeep, I would be leaning more towards the raptor. It's offroad capable and can fit your family in it. The only issue I have with Raptors (the reason I didn't get one) is they only let you get a 5.5' bed.

Have you looked into the Ram Powerwagon? This is a 3/4 ton truck with a 6.75' bed, also in the crewcab configuration. This truck isn't going to be doing baja, but it will be much better at climbing obstacles. A big reason I went with a 3/4 ton (I didn't get the Powerwagon) is to get the solid axle front end (which Chevy doesn't offer). It's older technology but it's a lt more reliable than the independent front suspension.

I personally have never been a fan of Durangos based on their history, and I'm also not a fan of lowered vehicles so that's why that didn't get my vote lol. As far as trunk space goes, you can get a canopy on any truck and have more trunk space as well as more payload capacity. You can also get a bed slide so you can load up the bed, and slide this platform out so you don't have to reach over the bed rails or get in the truck.

Them Raptors though. Wanted one since they first released loved the look of them. Seem like really spacious cars on the inside.

My wife loved the Raptor, we have been leaning towards it.

The only downside to the Raptor is the gas-milage. It's bad but i have had worse before.

I never heard of Ram powerwagon, i will look into that right now. What's the price on it?

Any real truck will be bad MPG lol.

Another option could be to get a standard 11-14 F-150 with the 3.5L Ecoboost (don't be a V8 butthurt) and put a 3-4" suspension lift with some fox or king long travel shocks on it. This will be a cheaper option and you can go all the way up to a platinum trim level.

As far as the price point on a Powerwagon, there's a 2012 in my area with 71k miles for $30k. You can get a brand new base model for $50k on a dealer lot. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is one at Dave Smith in Kellog ID (pretty sure they're still the #1 Ram dealer) with the MSRP starting at $56k. You could probably walk out the door at $48-50k. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is one you can walk out the door at $47k with, if you qualify for all the discounts you can get it for $44k. Dennis Dillon is cool because they advertise the rock bottom price. There is no haggling, that straight up is the cheapest price they can do and the cheapest price you will find in the US.

The Ram Rebel might be a viable option as well if you want to stick with a 1/2 ton.
