I was looking to buy one for my 2016 Chevy Malibu LS and I was doing some research online and most sites made it seem like it was car specific by putting (370z) or (GTR) next to the titles.

For the entire setup it is made custom for the car.

Generally speaking something like this is custom made to the car, however exhaust pipe is exhaust pipe. As long as you match the size then you should be good. My advice to you would be to call them up (or a dealer of theirs) and ask them these questions.
