I'm trying to make people work for their shops. What dimensions do you guys usually use? Banners/full page/etc.

I recommend using banners, maybe a 720x340 for each. Reason for this being is if you were to use a full page design, mobile users would struggle to view the layout. Also be sure to export it as a .png for the best quality!
