I have SBC Suarez and the 91 Torres, I have a budget of around 1.1 million, I will rep for every suggestion.
I don't mind moving Suarez down to a CAM but Torres must be a ST.

I also have both of these, and though I initally had Suarez at CAM I actually found that Torres is even better as a CAM than a ST, this is my squad [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and I really like it, working wonders for me atm was doing awful this weekend league, but after I got this team I lost 3 of 19 games, its working wonders at the moment, got me back into division 1 and closest I have been to winning the title, though I suck at fifa, might also work for you if you get normal Pique and Casemiro.

Had like 300k more coins that expected lol, I ended with this team. I already had that midfield but I needed a better defence I thought.
