Has anybody had ZMA Capsules or D-AA test boosters before ?

Did they help and were they worth it.

Cheers in advance

A few friends have been taking ZMA and say they sleep and feel better.

Had a few blood tests done recently for unrelated stuff but my testosterone was lower than average but only 6 months ago it was above average which is when my anxiety started to get worse.

I have never taken the test booster before but from what i have researched it seens pretty safe but is not a long term solution. The sode effects also include acne , mood swings and headaches. Here is the article i was reading.

Thanks pal,

I have never suffered with acne, I still have skin like a baby at 19. I already have mood swings so nothing new and same with headahces.

I will consult with my GP and have a read up before taking any.

My problem's: Fast metabolism, REAL BIG fussy eater.

So hard to gain weight can't figure out how due to my fussiness (My main go to meals would be between Chicken or Red meat, I eat steak, burger's, frys but no veg atal. None.

In work I lift 25 kilo bags and paving slabs and other heavy stuff so that's kind of doing my weight's part. (I work in a building yard in a retail shop (B&Q))

Need to build muscle but don't know how to with my diet and stuff. Frustrating as I have the strength but not the muscle to say I have the strength
