Then I'll rest up Saturday ready for Sunday!

JME wrote Started lifting about 4 years ago at 19 years old, just turned 23 now.

Started out bodybuilding because I wanted to compete but my genetics just aren't there for me to try and compete and for it to completely take over my life. Fortunately I am naturally quite strong, also tall so I hold bodyweight easy, and within the last 6 months I've moved over to powerlifting.

The diet is more enjoyable as I'll be competing in the top weight class due to height so I need to get to 22.5 stone/313 sustainable to start a competition prep. I am still growing so this high rep grows you nonsense isn't accurate for everybody.

I play American football as well (I'm english) which has really increased my flexibility, endurance and overall strength in my lower half however I play D Line so I'm usually banged up after a game which affects my training.

I'm fortunate enough to train with some strong ass guys, Ben Brunning (Wales strongest man) and a few other local strongmen who compete regionally not nationally.

Do you prefer the BB training or PL?
Bodybuilding for me is way more enjoyable.

The pump from bodybuilding is great BUT powerlifting fits in with my life better and is more enjoyable overall. Eat loads of food, not shit I don't do chocolate sweets etc lol not like that, lift heavy and fill out 3/4XL t shirts I've just gotta deal with a bit of a belly haha.

I love the burn of bodybuilding but yeah it's good to lift heavy sh*t and eat thousands of calories!
I'm only just filling a Medium so I've got a long way to catch you. I'll probably power lift when I hit like 27/28 and start putting that old man weight on!

Famous wrote I have just bought Finaflex PX capsules has anyone had these before ?

I used the ultra a few months back, gave me energy whilst I was at work but I still nailed pre workouts at the gym so not sure of the effect they had. Used them on a cut with a healthy diet and dropped 7lbs of fat.

I just got them yesterday and I can say they do help with craving appetite. I wasn't hungry like all day and it was nice.
