I find myself doing strict diets and routines for 2/3 weeks then lose motivation, any ideas on how to keep motivated?

Well for me, I just watch bodybuilding videos daily like literally straight after making me go gym lol. Try that out, and maybe try get into a routine, meals taking supplements etc. Its hard but you want to find yourself enjoying working out then you will be fine.
