H1Z1: King of the Kill!

Platform: Windows
Release Date: February 18th, 2016
Developer: Daybreak Game Company
Publisher: Daybreak Game Company
Genre: Survival Game

H1Z1: King of the Kill is a fast-paced, fight-to-the-death shooter, where players compete in large-scale, chaotic PvP spectacles of skill and wit. Players fight against each other in solo or team-based matches, in rule-based Skirmishes, or in global events and tournaments. Whether players posses skill, luck, or a little bit of both, only one can prevail to stand alone at the top of the podium.

One of my friends told me about this game. One of them said, "This is honestly the best game I have ever played." So of course, I had to buy it and play it that night. When I first got the game it wasn't really that fun. But as you get deeper and deeper into it, you just can't stop playing! If you are getting bored, try playing with a friend. When I queue up with my friends, we have so much fun playing it together. Since I played a lot of H1Z1, I had experience with how the game worked, controls, and many other aspects of it. I really like how it is so competitive and addictive. They have a great community as well. The main aim of the game is once you parachute to the ground, find a vehicle and start looting! The biggest priority in this game are the vehicles. If you don't get one, it is very hard to survive, as of the map being HUGE! The best thing I like about this game is that every time you play, you get spawned in a different location, so it's like your'e starting a new adventure every single game! There is also a safe zone (Protected from the toxic gas, not other players). This allows people to move into one area to fight. This also completely stop people from camping, because if you camp and aren't in the safe zone, you're dead! As I said before, the best thing I like about this game is how competitive it is and how great the community is. I can't wait to start up a new game after I finish one.

Since I play a lot of zombie survival games, I thought this was going to be like many other I have played; poor servers, horrible frame rates, poor graphics, etc. The developers did a fantastic job on the graphics. Even if you have a bad computer and can't run high graphic settings, they still look very satisfying. H1Z1's servers are very superb. I barely get any lag, and never see anyone else lagging. If you are a fan of the ARMA series, these graphics are very alike. There are very few, if not, no bugs at all that I have seen or heard of.

The controls can be quite a lot to learn, but once you get them down, they're very easy. But, if you have played many other PC games such as ARMA or H1Z1, the controls a very similar and will be very easy for you. The controls are very responsive and very similar to other games you have probably played. There isn't really much to talk about the controls other than the combinations and customizations you can do to improve and/or benefit you while playing.

Gameplay: 10/10
Graphics: 9/10
Controls: 10/10
Overall: 9.8/10
