Gameplay

If anyone happens to watch archery when Olympics comes around this game is exactly the same. You will be given the starter bow that every player receives. The challenge of the game is to score as many points as you can by shooting as close as you can to the center of the target. Dead center will give you 10 points and keeps lowering the more you drift off of the center. There is also wind effecting your shots on stages where you will have to aim a little different making the experience harder. You will have the opportunity to stay at an easy stage getting your shot and then up the difficulty on the campaign stages of the game. There will also be stages where the target will move and sometimes go in a weird pattern. There is also an online side of the game where you will have to put in a certain amount of money by the difficulty of the map competing against another online player. Once starting you will be tasked to shot twice switching each turn with your opponent seeing who can get the highest score. If you do the math 20 is the highest score achievable and if happen to win you will achieve a 1/3 trophies. If you win another round and win 2/3 stages then you will win the whole game and take the cash both of you put into the pot. If you win and then your opponent wins the next round you will have to try to win all 3 trophies. Remember each round gets harder increasing win pushing your arrow. Of course, you can also have a draw where whoever gets closest to the dot in the center of the target wins it all. You can purchase new bows increasing arrow speed and sway but the will cost a lot of money. There is also sights allowing you to zoom in farther on the target letting you hit the center easier. Each bow and sight unlocks after you get to its certain rank that's required, all you got to do is beat other players or play the campaign.

Graphics

I didn't get time to play the browser version of this game but the Android version is phenomenal. Game runs incredible smooth for a game that has a lot of textures and graphics that are in your face. Each shot you take on the target will have an amazing slow motion effect and win flying off your arrow making the visuals of this game great. You can also see detailed 3D objects in the background and amazing weather through stages. Each bow playable in Archery King has a great structure built around them, Some have great textures to them and some just look amazing when you pull back the arrow when taking your shot. The game is also really bright making you feel happy instead of a damp old dark game that may get boring. Grass isn't the greatest with its texture and I believe it should be just a little better since it takes about 50% of your screen when playing. All I got to say for an phone game this has truly one of the best graphics out of all the apps i've played on my phone.

Controls

Controls on IPhone and Android are simple, just hold down your screen allowing you to charge your bow letting you try hitting the center of the target. I've played this game for about a month now and have had no difficulties once when playing it. If you actually have problems with the controls of this game then you may need to get some help. That's mostly it for the game since there are no abilities or anything. Just hold down the screen, simple.
