Synopsis

Cut The Rope is puzzle solving game. You go through levels which get harder and harder each time. It requires you to collect all stars by cutting multiple ropes and feeding it to a creature called Om Nom

Levels

In the game you essentially are a
person trying to cut ropes to get a piece of candy in a creatures mouth, which is unique. The levels are the same throughout the whole game only too find a slight adjustment to each level weather it be a bubble or an extra rope it can make the difference. The levels do have a certain thing about them that makes you actually enjoy what your doing in my opinion its the music playing on the levels it has a beat to it that makes you forget what game your playing and just go really tryhard on the levels. It could be better if there was more objectives and obstacles to doge as it would make the game more intense.

Graphics

The Graphics are nothing special they are 2d and have only a few variety of colours and it would be interesting if it was more colourful it could attract more people, they also use very simple shapes like squares and circles which I am not to bothered about as they are not really my main point of interest, there is basic animations which I like because there is not to much stuff flying in your face and flashing ect and its easy to concentrate on the objective.

Controls

For me the controls were a bit too basic and it would intrigue me more if there was different slices you could peform .All you can do is swipe and tap but, this can make the game frustrating because of how easy the controls are to learn. There are some negatives like how sensitive the swipe actually is because of this you could end up slicing the wrong or too many ropes.

Ratings And Opinion

Controls: 10
Graphics: 9
Gameplay: 10
Levels:9
Overall:9.5

It's a very basic game there is only one objective which is annoying but still quite fun. After you play it for a while you get put off the game because it's too repetitive. Its a decent game if you wanna just chill out and do something that's pretty laid back and easy.

Used to play this game but I haven't in a long time. I would rate it a 9/10. I kind of wish your review had a bit more detail, maybe threw in at least a picture of the game. Either way, thanks for the review of an old game that gave me memories.

1. You didn't have to name off every platform - If so, with so many platforms, put in a spoiler because this review looks unprofessional.

2. All categories have barebone detail so in context if you have no detail or information to have a 4-5 sentence paragraph for a category, move onto a game that you can actually do so.

3. Pictures are ideal for a review as just some text doesn't give enough information from what you said under Graphics. There are numerous games I can think of that I can think of from what you said that is similar.
