Budget: £1000
Extra's needed: OS and Monitor
Use: Will be for some fairly heavy gamig

Was hoping the budget would be enough for a GTX 1070 but I'm not too sure, Thanks.

EDIT: I was thinking something like this? It's a little over budget but I can just about afford it. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Any feedback/builds appreciated.

That's pretty bad. It's a good bit over your budget. £1k+ rig definitely needs an SSD.

Something like this would be a better choice;

Better for the same price as what you were looking at. Can be made cheaper if necessary.

Thanks for the help and build I have a question though, will the 2 fans in the case provide enough airflow to keep the temps cool?

Included case fans will be plenty. If you want more, buy a Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2 or a few.

What would I have to sacrifice to get it closer to the £1k budget?

Getting an RX 480 instead of the GTX 1070 wouldn't be a huge sacrifice, and should put you within £1k, or at least a good bit closer.

I can't find the CRYORIG cooler anywhere in the UK so should I go with the Coolermaster 212 evo?

Nah, 212 EVO sucks. Seems like the M9i isn't really in stock anywhere. Cryorig H7 is a good alternative, but only for £30 max IMO. The H7 is better than the M9i, and the M9i is better than the 212 EVO. Raijintek Aidos is another good choice, it performs similar to the M9i and costs about the same. Otherwise, just use the stock cooler for now, which will be fine, and add a nice cooler in the future. You won't be overclocking anyway so aftermarket cooler would just be for aesthetics, reduced noise and obviously reduced temperatures, but that doesn't matter so much since the stock cooler is perfectly adequate for stock speeds.
