Customer service after receiving console is non-existent.......
Purchased 5 kv's with bundle and will not reply telling me where or even if he sent them.
I'll take the L on those. With that being said,
Console works great and came as described. After many hours of trying to connect to his stealth server with zero support from him or on Discord. I went with a different service that instantly connected with zero issues with excellent support on Discord. Kinda sad because I was wanting to purchase a second console but eh.... it is what it is. Live and learn. You can tell he is pretty much over providing these services which I do understand but, if you are going to continue to sell items you have to continue to provide everything that goes along with it. I also understand that he is a one man wolf pack so I truly didn't want to post something like this but after giving ample time for a response. I feel like people should know what they are getting into if they decide to purchase from Streamah. Great product that you will eventually get after many excuses for not shipping and zero support after you receive your item. Probably a good guy irl that has a lot going on but in all honesty, what adult doesn't have a lot going on.


i sent you 10 kvs on discord about a week ago to make up for the delay, not sure if you got them i haven't heard anything back yet.

I'm sorry i wasn't able to help you right away as you said it, i can sometimes have a lot going on especially during the work week. My goal is to provide excellent customer service and in this case it didn't go as planned hearing things like this is not my goal and tells me things gotta change. I'll be making the proper adjustments to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

I got about 50+ falcons and jaspers in stock along with 20+ slims available. over 100+ hdds ranging from 20gb-250gb and over 100 powerbricks in stock, put simply i'm overstocked n ready to give some good deals to clear some room, i got about 100 systems coming this week.
