Hey OP, thought you should mention and let people know this...

If your account has a past suspension or flag, you will be unable to receive an invite to the Preview Program. The reason I know this is because I also ran into the same issue but I already owned an account that had Preview access. Just thought you guys should know this incase you don't receive a invite and think that the OP is lying about inviting you.

Well I heard the same thing but it is a rumor, didn't see anything officially released by Microsoft to confirm this plus this thread mentions a user got accepted with past history: Forums/p=37811891.html
