Gameplay
Disc Pool is a pool based game where you have to pot all of your color discs into the pockets before your opponents can do the same with their discs. You take it in turns, hitting the yellow disc (which acts as the white ball when playing real pool/snooker) into the other discs in order to pot them into the four pockets that are on the square table you are playing on. In this game you have to play it for a bit to get used to the angles, as where you are aiming may look different to where the yellow disc would actually end up going. When it is your turn to take a shot, the yellow disc is placed on the line on your side of the table which you can move it along. Here is what will happen depending on what you pot during your turn:
Pot nothing - Changes turn
One of your discs - You get another go
One of the opponents discs - Changes turn
The yellow disc - One of your discs is spawned in the center
One of your discs & the yellow disc - One of your discs is spawned in the center
One of your discs & one of your opponents discs - One of your discs is spawned in the center

Note that no matter if you pot one of your opponent's discs, they will not have one spawned in the center, so be careful as you don't want to get your opponent closer to winning. This game has different ways you can play, you can play single player against the computer on difficulties of easy, medium or hard, you can play Pool School which are preset levels where the layout of the discs are arranged a certain way and you are given a certain number of shots to pot them. This is very fun to play if you are bored of playing full games and you just want to complete a few little puzzles. You can also play Multiplayer over Game Center, Bluetooth or playing against an opponent on the same device.

Graphics
The graphics in this game are quite basic, but making it any more flashy would only really complicate it. The game is recognisable for its 3 main colors (the colors of the discs) yellow, red and green. There isn't too much detail in this game, there isn't much lighting or texture in this game, which leaves it a bit plain, but functional. Along the left side of the screen, there is a pool cue which alongside it has a color gradient going from red to green from bottom to top. The further down the cue is pulled and the closer to red it is, the more powerful the shot will be. One thing I really like about the graphics if this game is the motion of the discs when they are travelling, the physics are realistic and don't stop very suddenly, they are very similar to those of real life.

Controls
The controls in this game also aren't that bad, but they can be buggy at some points leading to you having to restart the game to fix the issues. To take your shot, you move the yellow disc from left to right along your end of the table to get it to the right spot. When you want to change the angle you are shooting at you don't have to explicitly do anything to change from moving it to changing the angle, it sort of guesses that you are changing modes which can be a bit buggy at times. Nevertheless the controls are functional, I would just like to see a button which when pressed changed the modes from moving the yellow disc to changing the angle to shoot it as.
