Synopsis:

Madden NFL 10 is an American football video game based on the National Football League that was published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. It is the 21st annual installment in the Madden NFL video game franchise. It was released on August 13, 2009 in Australia and August 14 in the United States for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii and Xbox 360 consoles, as well as mobile devices. It was released for the iOS on September 10 through the App Store

Gameplay:
Welcome to Madden 10, one of the best Madden games from the series in my opinion. This game is really the turning point the the Madden series I think and really was one of the best games from the series. The one thing that struck me the most was the overall look of the game. When playing this game does look pretty real and is almost like you are watching a game on TV instead of playing a video game. The other thing I really liked was how the game will show you coaches yelling at players or even the fans buying the ridiculously over priced items which makes the game feel more real then it has in the past. I really like how the game plays especially with the looks it really can get the player excited and make you really have to think before trying to make really big plays that can determine the game. The normal game modes are back in this game but now Online Franchise mode is really something to check out. It is really cool and makes playing this game with friends way more better. I personally really found the franchise mode to be extremely fun and pretty addicting especially your first season in the game. The game does a good job of letting the player be really involved and control mostly everything during game play which is something I do really like. You can still play against your friends which is always something fun to do to see who is the better player or who got lucky and beat you. This game also has commentary while playing and quite honestly it is just awful. It is awful to hear it while playing and though it does not ruin the game and you might not even notice it at all it is something that should be mention because for me personally it really was awful and I would sometimes laugh at how bad it was. Overall this game is actually really good. It is one of my favorite Madden games and is arguably one of the best from the series. The game looks so realistic and with the little things added it helps make the game feel more realistic while playing. I think anyone would enjoy this game and I do recommend it to anyone who is a sports fan.

Graphics:

The graphics for Madden 10 are quite impressive to be honest and really look amazing. The attention to detail is there and looks absolutely amazing. The most detailed thing in this game is the players, they look amazing and very realistic. I was very impressed with the graphical side of this game when I first played it. The other thing I really like about the graphics is the crowd watching you. They get very loud when needed and seem to move around well and look good when you watch the little cinematic stuff they show of fans buying stuff or eating food. It all looks really good and is quite impressive. I think the physics in this game actually look pretty good too and I did not notice any type of clipping or players getting stuck at all they all seemed to move well and accordingly. Overall this game looks really good and I think looks realistic in my opinion. I really like the physics this game has and how they really tried to make the game look and feel real which they did really well. I honestly do not see anyone that plays this game having any problem with the looks of the game I think anyone else would agree with the graphics and be a bit impressed by them.

Controls:

The controls for Madden are the same control layout as it has been for the past Madden games from the series. This game has really basic controls which are just really easy to learn and remember after playing the game for a while. I honestly found nothing wrong with the control layout and think it fits the game quite nicely to be honest. I think they make the player more interactive with the game which would make the game more fun. Overall the controls are just fine the way they are and fit the game quite nicely. I personally found them very basic and easy to remember. I think they also make the player more interactive with the game which makes the game play more fun.
