Synopsis:

Peggle 2 is a puzzle video game developed by PopCap Games. It was announced during the Electronic Arts E3 2013 press conference. PopCap Games announced Peggle 2 as a timed exclusive for the Xbox One. It expands on the original Peggle by featuring new levels, challenges, environments, Peggle Masters and special powers. An Xbox 360 version of the game was released on May 7, 2014.

Gameplay:
Welcome to Peggle 2, a very interesting game that for some reason is so addicting you will lose track of time playing this game. This game is really unique and quite different from other games you see today. Peggle is a really fun puzzle type game with you having to hit a certain color of targets and once they are all hit you will beat the level and move onto the next one. The levels in this game do get harder as you progress through the game with each chapter having it's own character that has their own special power type ball that can be used to help you beat the level. Your ultimate goal in this game is to achieve the highest score possible on each level but to have fun while doing so. I personally really enjoy this game a lot and every time I play it I always loose track of time. Sense the levels do get harder as you progress through the game you will need to really start thinking about your shots before just shooting randomly otherwise you will lose. The levels can also consist of other type of targets that can negatively effect you so do look out for these as well. Overall this game is truly really fun and is defiantly worth checking out. The game play is really good and quite addicting especially if it is your first time playing the game. Even though this game is so basic it still is some how just so much fun and I have never felt like it has ever gotten repetitive for me at all. I recommend this game to anyone who likes to play a nice relaxing game that will challenge you at times. There are a lot of different levels in this game that range from different difficulties but this is something I do like about puzzle games. It will test your mind and will make you think at times as well.

Graphics:

The graphics for Peggle 2 are actually quite impressive and extremely colorful. When I first played this game I was pretty blown back by the graphics for this game. I personally really like the graphics this game has and I think others will too. The color in this game is crazy with the very bright colors this game has all mixing together at once it can get a little overwhelming at times but it does look really cool at the same time. I think all the characters and animations look really good as well and I was impressed by them. Attention to detail is something that is huge for me in a video game and this game is pretty detailed I think overall. I like the little things this game does when it comes to details, it has a lot here and I personally really like that. Overall this game has really nice graphics that honestly I think look better then most games and seem to fit the game really well. This game has a lot of colors in it that can be overwhelming but they still do look good. I think anyone would like the graphics this game has and I really found nothing wrong with them.

Controls:

The controls for Peggle 2 are extremely basic and really easy to remember. I think the controls do fit the game and make it really easy to play the game. The controls are something I personally found easy to learn especially with the tutorial but after learning them they were really easy to retain at the same time. I honestly found no issues with the control layout and think it fits the game just fine. Overall the controls are easy to learn and do fit the game. I do not think anyone would have issues learning these controls but if you do the tutorial for this game is quite good and does explain a lot. I do not see any problems with the control layout but with the controls being so easy it does make the game play more fun in my opinion. The controls make the game a very relaxing game to play which I enjoy in puzzle based games.
