Unfortunately, the reference section is a requirement and you will have to list references if you wish to pursue positions within UES. You only need to list friends you know on Xbox for the references section. If you have no friends at all on your friendslist, we encourage you too start interacting with persons in the Xbox Live community and start building friendships. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, we implore you too contact a representative or post them here.
