Gameplay
This game is faced paced air action from start to finish, the missions are very lengthy and are very well laid out. I thought this would be just another World War II flying game, but it is up with the top WWII games I've played. The first mission is based on Pearl Harbor which is a very historic time. But it follows the story very very well I think. You're based on the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier and it gives you some background history on that to, which is a very nice touch. Like I said before this game has very lengthy missions, so don't expect to complete it in hours, it will take considerably longer than that.

Graphics
The graphics are brilliant, the water detail is fantastic, right up there with the great games, I was astounded myself at the quality. And thought to myself, since it's not the main focus of the game, they won't be overly good, but I was so very wrong. The plane models are second to none, with the detail being top notch, very impressed with them. The only thing I would say, is that the cut-scenes look like they were made by a 2 year old and a crayon. Mainly low res still images, but this is a small nit pick as everyone skips cut-scenes now...

Controls
The controls are laid out very weird, it has a massive variety of options available to you. You can choose between using a Mouse, Keyboard, Keyboard and Mouse, Game-pad and Joystick. Each of them have 2 sets of controls called Arcade and Simulation. This was very impressive for such a small title, i was expecting 1 default layout with a crappy button mapper but this is a whole lot better.
