Synopsis
Enjoy being a farmer between 1950 and 1970 in the Agricultural Simulator Historical Farming. The game takes you to the good old days and you will experience the charming farming of the 60s and 70s. Fans of nostalgia and history will be glad to work with original designed machines and to till a field with well known Oldtimer Tractors. With the new feature the dynamic ground Agrar Simulator Historical Farming presents the first real furrows which will be left when working at the fields with strong machines. The furrows will have impact on the driving behavior of the tractors and guarantee pure realism. It is up to the player to decide in which region he would like to cultivate his farm. There are two amazing szenarios idyllic highlands, valleys and woods in the alp-region or the faszinating Toscana region with measured climate.

Gameplay
Well, now the game play. It is a very hard game to like, it's one of the slowest games I've ever played, the intro takes around 10 minutes to figure out what to do, there are no instructions on what to do and therefore almost impossible to play. Now simulators are not everyone's cup of tea, but i seem to like the vast majority of them, but this one is very hard to like. If it had a better story and better physics it would be a good game to have. But unfortunately, it isn't.

Graphics
The graphics are okay, not good, but okay. The terrain detail is quite good but can be demanding on your PC's hardware, more demanding than i was expecting from such a cheaply made game. But they do impress me. The detail of the animals and tractors are brilliant, like top notch. It has infinite settings for the amount of detail you require and based on your systems hardware, so that for me was a very good point.

Controls
The controls are terrible, and i mean completely unusable the layout is by far the weirdest I've ever seen in a game of any sorts, and I couldn't even find the menu to change them to what i wanted. I was going to use a Xbox controller, but that didn't work either. So unless you like a game with bad control settings, steer well clear.

Hardware Requirements
OS: Windows XP / 7 / Vista / 8
Processor: 2,4 GHz Pentium or 100% compatible CPU
Memory: 2 GB RAM

Ratings
Gameplay - 4/10
Graphics - 7/10
Controls - 1/10 (It has some!)
Overall - 5/10

Only buy this game if you have nothing better to spend your money on, or plan on wasting 4 hours trying to get past the first stage.
