Game Information
Release Date: For iOS August 2, 2013 , For Android October 8, 2013
Developers: Supercell
Publishers: Supercell
Platforms: iOS, Android
Genre: Strategy
Players: Up to 50 Members in a Clan

Synopsis
Clash of Clans is thus a simple game, but that's more of a strength than a weakness. It's simple enough to provide quick, painless matches on an iPhone and Android in an idle moment, and there are enough different units to choose from in the battle mode to make playing against other players endlessly rewarding. Best of all, the option to fight against NPC goblins gives Clash of Clans a small edge over similar strategy games that rely almost entirely on player-versus-player combat.

Gameplay
When you start off playing Clash of Clans you are set in a remote area, almost like a village. You are given a couple gold mines to gain gold coins. You are given Elixer Collectors to gain Elixer. Both of these can be used to buy defenses and resources and other things that are up for grabs in the Shop. You have your town hall which can be upgraded to get better things within your community. It is also the heart of your village. But when you have enemies come and raid your village, whether it be Goblins or other online clans, their goal is to destroy your Town Hall. Without your Town Hall, your clan and/or village is nothing. You can also team up and make your own clan and attack and raid other people's villages. You are given 12 forces to use when you go raid. To unlock your forces you have to upgrade your town hall and barracks. To upgrade you must use either Gold Coins, Elixer, or Gems. You can train your forces using the barracks. To avoid being raided and destroyed by goblins and other clans, I suggest you build walls around your village and in the inside of it. Mainly boxing in everything you have to stop others from stealing your loot. You can upgrade your walls to make it more durable. When you remove your shields, this allows others to come and attack your village and take your loot. They pair you up within your trophy range.

Graphics
The graphics on this game are surprisingly great. There is a lot of detail to each object in the game. When you upgrade your objects they get a different texture to them, which is pretty cool. You have snow flying across your screen. You have an army camp that holds your troops. The army camps has a moving fire. The items you are able to buy in the shops like decorations are pretty neat. You can decorate and design your village to your taste. You have a nice music sound with a little bit of wind you can hear. Yes, you can turn the Music and Sound Effects on and off. It's almost got a renaissance type feel to it.

Controls
The controls in the game are very basic and simple. You just use your thumb to click on whatever you would like to do. The controls are basic. The difficulty of the controls are as easy for a child to play.

Rating
Gameplay: 9.5/10
Graphics: 10/10
Controls: 10/10
Overall: 9.7/10

It is a great game and I would suggest the game to anyone when asking what to play.

Love this game totally addictive and simple to play. Easy to pick up and play on the move doesn't take up too much time unless you want it to. Frustratingly addictive!

Very nice review.

I still cant believe how some people put so much money into the accounts. Then turn around and sell them for 1000 dollars.

Great review man! I love this game, even though its ridiculously expensive to be "good" at. People can go on and EASILY spend $500 if they had the money to, I don't think it's entirely fair that money buys your way through the game.

Otherwise it's a lot of fun! I don't even know how much time i have put into the game....
