Synopsis:
Being a lone sniper in a remote jungle with only your sniper rifle, having a allied squads life in your hands as they rely on you for sniper support along with taking out large groups of enemies with pin point accuracy

Campaign:
In the campaign you take place as a sniper in the "Elite Ghost Warrior Unit" you find yourself deep within the enemies territory. You must advance through enemy territory to complete you signed objective,A long the way you will run into many different situations while trying to stay undetected. Luckily for some missions your not alone on your side you have your good friend and scout (Diaz) who will help you quietly advance through the game taking out enemies and giving you orders.

Personally I thought the campaign was amazing and definitely one of the best story modes I've ever played.

Multiplayer:
The first thing I thought of when I heard about this games multiplayer was "How is a sniper based game multiplayer going to turn out?" and it was exactly what I thought, the matches were very slow lasting around 10 minutes. I found myself running around the map for almost the entire game trying to find all these hidden snipers. Since the main tactic of sniping is hiding and waiting for a enemy this made the game very slow and take forever to get a kill.

Graphics:
I was very impressed with the graphics of this game, although when running in this game at certain points when the map would start to render I found there to be a quick lag spike. Other than that small problem The graphics in this game are far better then your average shooter games making your game play a lot more exciting and realistic.

Controls:
The controls were very easy and basic, they were the same as the Call of Duty series control layout "default". Of course you can change the controls to suite your needs but I found the default controls being very easy to use and adapt to.

Overall Opinion:
This is a great game and has a amazing story mode, the only problems I had was the sudden lag spikes when the map was rendering. The other problem was when playing on the highest difficulty there was zero aim assist which made sniping a enemy 1000+ meters away very difficult with the added in features of bullet drop and wind resistance. Multiplayer is probably my biggest upset seeing as the majority of my matches were very slow and barely any action.

Overall Rating:
8/10

I played a little bit of this, but I will have to say that the first one was better.

I have not got to play this yet I own Sniper Ghost Warrior but not 2. I was just let down by the original so I did not want to try 2. I might try it now though.

A huge step over the first one! AI is actually very good this time around. It's a lot of fun sneaking around the large open spaces. It's a bit linear and the graphics could be better (especially the frame rate at times) but I like this game very much! Give those guys a bigger budget and they are able to deliver a AAA-title next time around...

Nice review, this game was a lot better than the first one i think. The story line was more catchy to. But a great game that I'd love to play again.
