Synopsis(Wiki)
You're in the Movies ( Anata ga bideode ne?) is a party game for the Xbox 360 that is bundled with the Xbox Live Vision Camera, developed by Zo Mode. It was released by Codemasters in the United States and the United Kingdom in 2008,[1][2] and in Australia and Japan in 2009.[3] The game is a process of filming a movie on one of the 30 scenarios that can involve up to four people. Actions include the application of make-up, jogging in place, driving a car and playing volleyball. Previous video can be stored on the console, as well as to send to friends via e-mail.[4] The game was first previewed at Microsoft's Press Conference at E3 2008 in July 2008.[5] It was later shown at the Games Convention one month later.[6] The game has met with mixed reviews, receiving criticism for the Xbox Live Vision Camera bundled with the game.

Summary
You're in the movies, an older party game for the Xbox 360 features recording certain people through either a Kinect Video Sensor, or Xbox 360 video recorder to record certain scenes. The game features no real storyline, as it mainly consists of a party game, and really fails to deliver any type of strategy at all. There is no real story line, as it mainly consists of playing different scenes and receiving a rating based on the certain way you either recorded, or acted out the scene in the certain way. The story line is sincerely boring, and really doesn't follow one at all.

Graphics
Although mainly all aspects about this game are based around movie clips and audio tapes, the game really delivers if anything, a worse movie experience than the one intended. This game's audio and recording sessions are very badly recorded, as they will either be too high, too low, or very fuzzy and incomprehensible of a such. This game has many faults along with its buggy system of recording and what not. Along with this, You're in the movies also does feature a nicely crafted userface. The layout for recording and whatnot is actually pretty impressive, and although some movie clips may seem buggy, distorted, and so on, there is nothing that will ever change how the original movie was actually developed. Although this is partially the games fault, the movie developers will also take the blame.

Gameplay
You're in the movies also delivers a quite satisfactory gaming feel to play with the family. Although there is much to point out about this game that is frusturating and boring, there is much to have fun with. You can memorize certain movie clips, and have general fun with the family. Although there is not the best gaming in general experience, it does give the family experience a fun family feel. The gameplay in general is not the best though. Some clips lag and have laggy reception and have a delayed experience. There is also a lot of frusturating experiences with ratings and getting higher scores. It is extremely hard to get some of the higher scores, and the ratings sytem is very distorted and untrue. The best actor in the world may have trouble getting a higher score in this game, and that definitely delivers a very dissapointing feel.

Reception
You're in the movies, as expected received a very negative reception from almost all different game reviewers and experiences. The overall rating for You're in the movies received a low, 5.2, and critics acclaimed it was the one of the worst games they had played in their lives. The average percentage rating was 55% with a very harsh response from various responses. Critics acclaimed the video camera as an "annoyance" and that it was a pain just trying to get on the camera in general. Critics also acclaimed the game as a drag, and in general was not a fun game, although a majority of them had not even played the game with their family.
