Synopsis

After a simple job goes wrong, Kane and Lynch find themselves wanted by the entire Shanghai underworld. Lynch is living the good life as a henchman in Shanghai, where he has settled down with his girlfriend. He's involved in a big arms deal but needs help to make it happen. Kane is a wanderer, an ex-mercenary with family problems who needs to get away. Despite their differences, Lynch calls him for help. Once together, they set-off a chain of events over two days, as the deal falls apart and Kane and Lynch face the consequences the hard way.
Not much music to the game but the gun shots are loud and intense making you feel your actually in the game. You're always shooting and moving you never stop which never fails to keep you entertained.

Gameplay

The gameplay for this game is amazing, the way your guy runs is so realistic, even the when shooting the sounds, the sights of the bullet are just so realistic. The total amoshpere of the game is just so much action it provides me with alot of entertainment, the lack of online co op in the last one has gone now, as more people play online they have gotten rid some of the bugs that were appearing in the last one. The single player is better than ever with an actual story line to it this time, the camera following your guy is like a portable video camera chasing you.

Graphics

The graphics on this game are pretty amazing, with the colours very colorful and warm they are bright and they even glaze in the camera when you look at the sun. The flashing lights are all in sequences and it just looks amazing as there are alot of flashing lights to this game e.g guns shooting, police cars. The gory incidents that happen are blocked out by large pixels, this stops you getting distracted and depressed but it was a little spoiler. Every character is a nice shade of yellows, dark yellows, salmon colors. There are no grey / whites what so ever.
Overall the graphics just blew me away. There are moments where Dog Days looks rough, with low detail models and awkward animations. However, the online video styling of the visuals really works.

Controls

Kane & Lynch 2 is a shortish single-player experience - about 7 hours. If you can get past the controls, they are similar to most first person shooters but you get mixed up with the granade button and the sprint button.
